Create your account

You don’t need a password. Labbaik signs you in with a code sent to your email, or with Google.

Section titled “Sign in”

  1. Go to app.uselabbaik.com.

  2. Enter your email and choose Send sign-in code. You can also use one of the Or continue with options.

  3. Open the email from Labbaik and enter the code, or tap the link in it.

Tell Labbaik about your organisation

The first time you sign in, Labbaik asks five short questions. Use Back and Continue to move between them.

  1. About you: choose We’re an organisation, or It’s just me if you teach on your own.

  2. Your organisation: pick Masjid, Islamic Education, Charity or Community or Community Classes. This decides which tools you see. You can change it later under Account → Type & features.

  3. How you teach: In person, Online or A bit of both.

  4. Your details: your name, a contact email, a mobile number and your website, if you have one.

  5. Your identity: your country, address, timezone and your username. The username becomes part of the links you share with families, such as apply.uselabbaik.com/yourname.

Finish with the Create my… button at the bottom.

When you’re done, Labbaik takes you to Home. If you have students in spreadsheets already, choose Migrating from spreadsheets? Import them instead on the last screen. Otherwise, carry on with your academic year.
